Leadership in the Small Church

September 7, 2012, 0 Comments

Periodically, I guest host The Exchange webshow. In last week’s episode, I filled in while Ed Stetzer was traveling. We were able to have David Gould on as the guest to discuss the issues associated with leading a small church.

David is the pastor of Nashville’s First Wesleyan Church and is a great example of how leadership in any church of any size can have a profound impact on its community. Each weekday, David also hosts The Good Morning Show broadcast live from 6:00am – 8:00 CST. If you lead in a church, whether as the pastor or in any other capacity, I want to encourage you to take the time to watch this episode. Or just play it in the background while you’re pretending to work today. 😉 You will doubtlessly be encouraged and challenged by how David has led a small church to make a large impact in the community.
