Worship and the Sacredness of Life

October 22, 2013, 0 Comments

This week at The Fellowship, I addressed the issue in my message “Is Life Sacred?” It was one of those messages that wrestled me to the ground and I had to fight to get out. Hopefully, it will be helpful as you address the issue in your own life and in our culture.

But, before you hear the message, I would be ecstatic if you took time to listen to my friends Aaron, Kara, Riley, Jason, Steve, Jason, and Campbell lead our church in worship. Aaron is our worship leader and is married to Kara. It is ridiculous that I get to serve in a church with these two forging the path forward for us to worship. Jason Jordan and Jason Fausset play in different bands and tour… a lot. Riley is one of our young adults and has a beautiful voice… and soul. Steve and Campbell are father and son. Steve is an incredible bass player and his son is like a human metronome of a drummer. They are a whole bucket of awesome. All of these folks are such good friends and deeply love Jesus.

As you watch, you will also get to see our incredibly goofy & fun announcement video. At our church, we really, really like to have fun. And, the message starts around the 27:30 mark.
