Praying for the Persecuted

November 20, 2013, 0 Comments

In my continuing series on prayer at The Fellowship, I most recently taught on how we should pray for the persecuted church. According to the information from Open Doors USA, somewhere around 100 million Christians are persecuted in the world today. It is an issue for prayer, an issue of justice, and an issue we should take personally.

In the message, I reference two different maps. Click these links to find the “billion people map” and the “half of the world’s population map.”

I hope you will take a listen to the message and join me in prayer for those who are suffering on behalf of the gospel. Together, we must seek God’s guidance as to how our churches should engage with this issue.
